Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of fraud investigation or related financial services experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types and contribute to prevention initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns; review predictive reports daily.
