Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage diverse fraud cases and help prevent fraud across member accounts. You will work with technical partners to interpret system outputs and trends, reviewing predictive reports daily and taking appropriate actions.

You will also participate in fraud-related projects and educate both members and staff on best practices, with most work performed remotely and occasional travel to branches as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12 months experience as Fraud Investigator I or 3 years in a financial fraud-related field.
• Strong written communication, presentation, listening and telephone etiquette.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
• Must read, write and speak English; able to hear on calls.
• Primarily work from home with occasional travel to branches.
