Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage a broad range of fraud cases and contribute to prevention initiatives, often in collaboration with technical partners. The role emphasizes daily review of predictive reports and timely actions on accounts.

The position supports a work-from-home environment with travel to branches as needed, and requires strong communication skills, mature judgment, and experience in financial fraud or related fields.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12-months experience as a Fraud Investigator I at Grow Financial FCU or 3 years work experience in a financial related field such as fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML compliance, collections, or lending operations.
• Exercises mature judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Maintains strong communication including written abilities, presentation skills, active listening, voice quality, grammar, strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking ability, conflict management and telephone etiquette skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to effectively operate standard office equipment in a remote or in-office environment.
