Grow Financial Federal Credit Union seeks a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage a broad range of fraud cases and support prevention initiatives. The role interfaces with technical partners to analyze system outputs and fraud patterns, reviewing predictive reports daily and acting on at‑risk accounts from a home-based setup.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12‑months experience as a Fraud Investigator I at Grow Financial FCU or 3 years work experience in a financial related field such as fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML compliance, collections, or lending operations.
• Exercises mature judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to operate standard office equipment in remote or in‑office environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types.
• Contribute to fraud prevention initiatives.
• Review predictive reports daily and take appropriate actions on accounts.
• Participate in Fraud Team projects and educate members and employees on fraud topics.
