Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage diverse fraud cases and support prevention efforts. You will review predictive reports, coordinate with technical partners, and help educate members and colleagues on fraud awareness.

The role primarily works from home with potential travel to branches; a strong background in fraud, risk assessment and communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12 months of fraud investigation experience or 3 years in related financial field.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types and contribute to fraud prevention initiatives.
• Review and act on predictive reports; collaborate with partners to interpret outputs.
• Participate in team projects and educate members and staff on fraud topics.
