Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union seeks a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage diverse fraud cases and contribute to prevention initiatives. The role collaborates with technical partners to analyze system outputs and fraud patterns while reviewing predictive reports daily and acting on accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 12 months experience as Fraud Investigator I at Grow Financial FCU or 3 years in a financial field (fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML, collections, lending operations).
• Strong communication: written, presentation, listening, interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.
• Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
• Repetitive keystrokes required for computer use.
• Primarily work from home setting.
• Travel to other branches or locations as needed.

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types and contribute to fraud prevention initiatives.
• Bridge operational execution with emerging fraud trends and collaborate with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns.
• Daily review of predictive reports and take appropriate actions on accounts.
• Participate in Fraud Team projects and training/education of members and employees on fraud topics.
