Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage a broad range of fraud cases and support prevention initiatives. You will collaborate with technical partners to interpret system outputs and patterns, and help educate members and staff on fraud topics.

Role options include remote, hybrid, or in-person work arrangements. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency are essential, with a commitment to serving our 300,000 members and 600 team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 12 months experience as Fraud Investigator I or 3 years in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types and contribute to fraud prevention initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns.
• Provide fraud-related training and education to members and employees.
