Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage diverse fraud cases and support prevention initiatives. You will review predictive reports daily, respond to emerging fraud trends, and coordinate with technical partners to interpret system outputs and patterns.

The role also involves contributing to Fraud Team projects and educating members and staff on fraud-related topics, while leveraging strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12 months as Fraud Investigator I or 3 years in related fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML, lending operations.
• Exhibits mature judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication: written, presentation, listening, grammar and interpersonal skills; multitask and manage conflicts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment; able to work remotely or in-office.

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types and contribute to prevention initiatives.
• Review predictive reports daily and take appropriate actions on accounts.
