Subway is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance to support a portfolio of restaurants in the Minneapolis region. This field-based role partners with franchisees to drive sales, profitability and brand execution, using data to guide decisions and coaching for improved results.

The role requires frequent travel, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence without direct authority. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent standards and successful market growth.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 80-90% within territory.
• Field-based role with 4 days in the field and 1 day admin/home.
• 5+ years in multi-unit quick-service or related ops leadership.
• Strong business acumen: P&L, sales trends, margins.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory of franchise restaurants and partner with franchisees.
• Review sales and operations data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create action plans to improve sales, profitability, guest experience, and brand execution.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations and food safety.
• Coach franchisees on programs, tools, marketing, and operations.
• Support openings, remodels, and market development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support franchisee success.
