Subway in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance to lead a portfolio of Subway restaurants. This field-based role partners with franchisees to improve restaurant performance, drive profitability, and ensure brand standards, with heavy travel across the territory.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in multi-unit quick-service or hospitality, a business-related degree, strong data skills, and the ability to coach operators.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 80-90% in territory.
• BA/BS in Business, Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in multi-unit quick-service/field operations or related leadership.
• Strong business acumen with P&L, margins, and profitability focus.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and influence operators and franchisees.
• Ability to translate data and field observations into action plans.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Independent field-based work with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting systems.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle access.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory of franchise restaurants.
• Review sales and performance data to identify opportunities.
• Create action plans with franchisees to improve sales and profitability.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations and standards.
• Coach franchisees on programs, tools, marketing and operations.
• Support new openings, remodels and ownership transitions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support franchisee success.
