Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager Franchise Performance to oversee the operations and growth of multiple franchise locations within a defined territory, including New Orleans and surrounding areas. You will monitor KPIs, analyze financial data, advise franchisees, and collaborate with the Development and DFP teams to drive sales and profitability while ensuring brand standards and food safety practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience with 5+ years in a multi-unit management role.
• Experience driving business growth and profitability in franchise operations is highly valued.
• Willingness to travel within the region to support franchisees and openings.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations and growth of multiple franchise locations within a territory.
• Collaborates with franchisees to improve performance, profitability, and KPI attainment.
• Provides guidance on operational and brand standards during visits and reviews.
• Partners with Development and other teams to drive store openings and remodels.
