Subway is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance to lead a portfolio of restaurants in Minneapolis. You will travel frequently to work with franchisees, analyze performance data, and drive profitability through operational improvements and brand execution.

You will coach operators, partner with internal teams, and help with openings, remodels and market development. This field-based role requires strong business acumen and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 80-90% within territory, incl. evenings or weekends.
• BS/BA in Business, Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in multi-unit quick-service or related field operations leadership.
• Strong business acumen with P&L, sales trends and cost management.
• Proven ability to coach and influence operators and teams.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory of franchise restaurants and serve as a trusted partner.
• Review sales, financial and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create action plans with franchisees to boost sales, profitability and guest experience.
• Conduct regular visits to assess operations, food safety and standards.
• Coach on programs, technology tools, marketing initiatives and best practices.
• Support openings, remodels, and market development activities.
