Job summary

Franchise World Headquarters, LLC is seeking a Manager Franchise Performance to oversee a portfolio of Subway franchise locations across the Dakota region. You will partner with franchisees, drive growth, and ensure brand standards, operations, and profitability align with company KPIs.

Responsibilities include performance reviews, financial analysis, and guidance during monthly visits; develop training; support expansion and ownership transfers; travel within the territory as needed and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in multi-unit management.
• 5+ years in Franchise Management with growth track record.
• 3+ years restaurant experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the region, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with franchisees and act as advisor on operations, finances and business execution.
• Review restaurant operating reports, analyze data, and guide franchisees on improvements.
• Set goals with franchisees aligned to KPIs and standards to drive profitability.
• Provide guidance on operations and food safety during monthly visits.
• Assist with development of new restaurants and ownership transfers.
• Travel to training sessions and participate in scheduled training.
