Subway is seeking a Manager Franchise Performance to oversee a portfolio of restaurants in North Dakota and nearby markets. Based in Fargo, ND, you will partner with franchisees to drive profitability, ensure brand standards, and deliver against KPI targets.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, performance analysis, training, and collaboration with the Development and MUO teams to support growth and operations excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 5+ years in multi-unit management.
• 5+ years in Franchise Management with growth/profitability track record.
• 3+ years restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with franchisees and advise on operations, finances and execution.
• Review restaurant reports and data to guide improvements.
• Set territory goals aligned with KPIs and standards to drive profitability and traffic.
