Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager Franchise Performance to oversee operations and growth of multiple franchise locations within a defined territory. You will manage franchise relationships, communicate strategic direction, and partner with franchisees to drive performance and profitability across the portfolio.

Responsibilities include analyzing data, monitoring KPIs, and developing training programs, with travel to visits and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in multi-unit management.
• Certificate programs in Franchise Management, Food Safety, Food Handling, Hospitality are a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and financial acumen; ability to travel regionally.
