Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance to oversee a portfolio of Subway restaurants in Peoria, IL. You will partner with franchisees to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and ensure brand standards are consistently met.

This role requires frequent field work, travel, and strong relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on coaching, data-driven decision making, and working in a fast-paced, franchise-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 80–90% in territory.
• Bachelor’s or higher in Business, Hospitality, or related field, or equivalent.
• Strong business acumen with P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory of Subway restaurants and partner with franchisees.
• Review sales, financial and operational data to identify opportunities.
• Develop action plans to improve sales, profitability and operations.
• Conduct regular visits to assess operations and food safety.
• Coach franchisees on programs, technology tools and marketing initiatives.
• Support openings, remodels and ownership transitions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive market performance.
