Job summary

Franchise World Headquarters, LLC is seeking a Manager Franchise Performance to oversee a portfolio of franchise locations across North Dakota and parts of Northwest Minnesota. You will manage relationships, advise on strategy, and partner with franchisees to drive performance, profitability, and adherence to Subway standards.

You will analyze KPIs, mentor franchisees, and support new openings and transitions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to fuel growth in the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in multi-unit management.
• 5+ years in Franchise Management with growth track record.
• Solid financial analysis and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain franchise relationships; advise on operational and financial direction.
• Review restaurant performance data and propose improvements with franchisees.
• Set territory goals aligned with KPIs and brand standards; drive profitability.
• Provide guidance on operational and food safety during visits; document compliance.
