Subway in Columbus, IN seeks a Manager of Franchise Performance to lead a portfolio of franchise restaurants. This field-based role requires frequent travel to coach operators, review performance data, and implement plans that boost sales, profitability, and brand execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to influence outcomes while traveling 80–90% in the territory. A relevant degree and multi-unit experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 80-90% within the assigned territory, including evenings/weekends as needed.
• Field-based role requiring interaction with franchisees and teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business-related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory of franchise restaurants and act as a trusted business partner to franchisees.
• Review sales, financial, operational, and performance data to identify opportunities.
• Create action plans with franchisees to improve sales, profitability, and guest experience.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations, food safety, and brand standards.
• Coach franchisees on programs, tools, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Support new openings, remodels, ownership transitions, and market development.
