Subway Evansville, IN is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance to lead a portfolio of restaurants in the territory. You will partner with franchisees to boost sales, profitability, and brand execution while coaching operators and translating data into action.

This field-based role requires strong business acumen, travel 80-90%, in-person visits four days a week, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 80-90% in the territory with occasional evenings/weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business/ hospitality/ restaurant management.
• 5+ years in multi-unit QSR, hospitality, or field operations with leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen in P&L, sales trends, cost drivers and profitability.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and influence operators and franchisees.
• Ability to translate data and field observations into action plans.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, problem-solving and prioritization.
• Independent, self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory of franchise restaurants and partner with franchisees.
• Review sales, financial, operational, and performance data to identify opportunities.
• Create action plans to improve sales, profitability, guest experience and brand execution.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations, food safety and performance.
• Coach franchisees on programs, tools, marketing and improvements.
• Support new openings, remodels, ownership transitions and market development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support franchisee success and market performance.
