Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 80-90% in the territory, with evenings/weekends as needed.
• High school diploma plus undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in multi-unit QSR/fast casual or related leadership role.
• Strong business acumen including P&L, sales trends and cost drivers.
• Proven ability to lead and influence operators and franchisees.
• Ability to translate data and field observations into actions.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel; reporting systems familiarity.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory of franchise restaurants and serve as a trusted business partner.
• Review sales, financial, operational, and performance data to identify opportunities.
• Partner with franchisees to create action plans improving sales, profitability, guest experience, and brand execution.
• Conduct regular visits to assess operations, food safety, standards and performance.
• Coach franchisees on programs, tools, marketing initiatives and improvements.
• Support new openings, remodels, ownership transitions and market development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support franchisee success and market performance.
