Subway is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance to lead a portfolio of franchise restaurants in Columbus, IN and Southern Indiana, focusing on increasing sales, profitability, and brand execution. This field-based role requires 80–90% travel within the territory, four days in the field and one admin day working from home, plus strong business acumen and coaching ability.

• High school diploma required; undergraduate degree in Business, Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in multi-unit quick-service restaurant, fast casual, or related leadership role.
• Strong business acumen including P&L, sales trends, cost drivers and margins.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and influence operators and franchisees.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory of franchise restaurants and serve as a trusted business partner to franchisees.
• Review sales, financial, operational, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with franchisees to create action plans that improve sales, profitability, guest experience, operations, and brand execution.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations, food safety, standards, and overall performance.
• Coach franchisees on company programs, technology tools, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Support new restaurant openings, remodels, and ownership transitions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support franchisee success and market performance.
