Subway is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance to support a portfolio of franchise restaurants in the assigned territory. You will work with franchisees to drive sales growth, profitability, and brand execution while ensuring operational standards are met.

This field-based role requires frequent travel across the territory, strong business sense, and the ability to influence without direct authority. You will coach operators and partner with internal teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 80-90% within the assigned territory, including evenings/weekends as needed.
• High school diploma and undergraduate degree in Business, Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory of franchise restaurants and serve as a trusted business partner to franchisees.
• Review sales, financial, operational, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with franchisees to create action plans that improve sales, profitability, guest experience, operations, and brand execution.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations, food safety, standards, and overall performance.
• Coach franchisees on company programs, best practices, technology tools, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Support new restaurant openings, remodels, ownership transitions, and other market development activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support franchisee success and market performance.
