Job summary

Empower Brands in the United States seeks a Franchise Business Consultant to coach 20-25 franchise locations on operations, finance, sales alignment, training, pricing, and process improvements to drive performance.

You will conduct site audits, lead Level 10 meetings, review KPIs, and develop data-driven action plans while collaborating with Marketing, Technology, Training, and Compliance teams to support franchisee success.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in franchising operations, franchisee coaching, business consulting, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Analytically minded with the ability to evaluate performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site audits to ensure adherence to brand standards and operational requirements.
• Evaluate profitability, overhead costs, and operational efficiencies to strengthen margins.
• Track key performance indicators to assess operational health across assigned locations.
• Provide ongoing coaching on staffing, financial management, workflow optimization, and revenue growth.
• Maintain structured meeting cadence: 3x weekly for new franchisees and bi-weekly for established franchisees.
• Facilitate Level 10 Meetings to review KPIs, priorities, issues, and solutions.
• Identify root causes of operational challenges, develop data-driven action plans, and lead execution for measurable improvement.
• Review franchisee financial statements and provide annual budget guidance.
• Assist franchisees in sourcing materials and supplies to align with budget goals.
• Review pricing structures and adjust margins in response to seasonal demand.
• Create, refine, and implement standardized SOPs; lead problem-solving from assessment to execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Training, and Compliance teams to support franchisee success.
• Conduct approximately 20 on-site visits annually and prepare detailed reports.
