Qualifications

• High School or GED or equivalent.
• 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5 years in supervisory management or district level multi-unit operations required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the operations and business performance goals for portfolio of Franchisees.
• Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review with Franchisees to assess performance and align on future goals.
• Track and review data to guide Franchisee actions and provide coaching.
• Support remodeling and building new restaurants with the construction team and monitor milestones.
• Facilitate communications between Franchisee and cross-functional partners for brand consistency and growth.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing on operations initiatives and local promotions.
• Perform evaluations on restaurants as-needed per Franchisee Business Review.
• Coordinate training support with Field Training Team.
• Ensure effective use of G&A expenses within regional parameters.
• Complete all administrative functions and requirements timely.
