Authority Brands in the United States seeks a Senior Franchise Business Consultant to be the primary liaison between franchisor and franchisee. You will coach franchisees, monitor territory performance, and drive profitability using our Systems of Business.

This role emphasizes trusted advisory, data-driven insights, and proactive problem-solving across brands and territories. You will engage with franchise partners through regular meetings, provide strategic guidance for culture and operations,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years as a consultant, advisor, coach, or running a services-based business or franchise.
• Strong in operational efficiencies, KPI tracking, and data analysis.
• Ability to interpret P&L statements and assess impact of initiatives on results.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally to meet customer needs.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Clear verbal and written communication; travel up to 75%.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as business consultant and coach to influence growth and profitability.
• Maintain regular virtual and onsite touchpoints to understand operations.
• Leverage Authority Brand tools and support systems to maximize performance.
• Be the trusted advisor franchisees seek in good times and challenges.
• Prioritize FSC requests and connect with franchisees accordingly.
• Advise on Franchise Agreement compliance and assist with staying compliant.
• Lead market meetings to benefit franchisee groups.
• Guide franchisees on culture as an extension of company culture.
• Deliver territory health diagnostics.
• Review monthly P&L and YOY revenue; perform other duties as assigned.
