This role aligns operational support, program activation, and commercial priorities, partnering across the organization to connect hotels with resources and programs. The candidate will drive patient performance trends, elevate franchisee feedback, and influence cross-functional priorities while

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in hotel operations, franchise performance, owner relations, revenue, commercial operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong cross-functional influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers and HERO team to improve hotel performance and franchisee relationships.
• Provide performance feedback and development support to direct reports to strengthen leadership and accountability.
• Oversee operational initiatives, brand programs, and cross-functional activation to drive performance and execution.
