Job summary

Choice Hotels is seeking a Director, Franchise Performance & Activation, Core Performance. You will lead Area Managers and the HERO team to elevate hotel performance, strengthen franchisee relationships, and drive activation of commercial priorities across the Core portfolio.

You will partner across Brand Operations and other Centers of Excellence, guiding operational support, franchisee engagement, and program rollout while shaping strategic initiatives and leadership development within the

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years in hotel operations or franchise performance.
• Experience leading people leaders or field-based teams is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Area Managers and HERO team to improve hotel performance and franchisee relationships.
• Provide leadership on operational support, engagement, and program activation across Core Performance.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Brand Operations, Revenue, Marketing, and Sales to execute priorities.
