Job summary

International Dairy Queen, Inc. in the United States seeks an experienced Operations Consultant to guide franchisees and the Operations team toward short- and long-term company goals.

Leverage restaurant operations knowledge to improve sales, profits, standards, and customer experience while ensuring policy compliance. You will collaborate across departments, support district business planning, and assist with development, reinvestment, and renewal strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent restaurant operations experience.
• 4+ years of restaurant management or franchise operations experience.
• Clean driving record.
• ServSafe certification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to franchisees and operations teams to improve sales, profits, and standards.
• Develop district business plans including marketing, operations, training and supply chain.
• Advise on marketing performance and partnerships with departments, vendors and franchisees.
• Assist with development, reinvestment, and renewal strategies.
• Support other departments and assist with store openings as needed.
