Job summary

Dairy Queen seeks an experienced leader to guide franchisees and operations teams toward achieving company and operational goals. Leverage restaurant operations knowledge to counsel owners on sales, profits, standards, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with DMA chairs and subject-matter experts to drive district performance. Role emphasizes training, development, and cross-functional partnerships, with occasional travel to franchisee sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, restaurant management or a related field or equivalent restaurant operations experience.
• 4+ years of restaurant management and/or franchise operations management experience.
• Clean driving record required.
• Thorough knowledge of the Restaurant Industry (QSR preferred).
• Proficient knowledge of marketing, finance, training, HR, and development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the Worldwide Operation's Business Plan (rolling 1-, 2-, and 3-year plan) for a district; develop a district-wide business plan including marketing, operations, training, development and supply chain.
• Provide counsel to franchise owners to ensure goals and strategies align with ADQ's plans.
• Offer advice to improve marketing performance and operational standards; support franchisees' financial health.
• Collaborate with ADQ staff to position new and existing franchisees for development and reinvestment strategies.
• Support other departments as needed and assist with new store openings where required.
• Complete Ad Hoc projects as needed.
