Job summary

International Dairy Queen, Inc. is seeking a senior Operations Consultant to guide franchisees and the Operations team toward short and long-term company goals, applying restaurant operations knowledge to counsel owners and improve sales, profits, standards, and systems while preserving customer experience.

This role coordinates planning and consulting across marketing, training, development, and supply chain, may assist with new store openings, and requires travel for franchisee meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, restaurant management, or related field.
• 4+ years of restaurant management or franchise operations management.
• A clean driving record is required.
• Knowledge of marketing, finance, training, human resources, and development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide franchisees and the Operations team to achieve company and operational goals.
• Develop and implement district business plans with marketing, operations and supply chain focus.
• Provide counsel to position franchisees for optimal financial health and operations.
• Support other departments and assist with new store openings when needed.
