Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in franchise operations or multi-unit management.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of unit economics and profitability.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Franchisee Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and manage day-to-day relationships with multiple franchise partners.
• Operational Excellence and Performance: Provide general business and operational guidance to franchisees, leading through influence to drive GNC corporate goals and KPIs.
• New Store Support and Development: Facilitate quality start-up and opening assistance for new stores and support transfers, remodels, relocations, and conversions.
• Market Analysis and Expansion: Monitor geographical market potential and identify well-capitalized franchisees interested in ownership.
• Revenue Generation: Responsible for achieving Retail and Wholesale revenue targets set by GNC.
• Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership and guidance to franchise partners.
