Qualifications

• 4+ years restaurant management or franchise operations experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coaching to franchisees and operations teams to meet goals.
• Assist with development, reinvestment, and renewal strategies for franchisees.
• Support marketing, operations, training and other departments as needed.
• Travel overnight for franchisee and staff meetings as required; may involve evenings/weekends.
