Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years in a CPG organization across sales, key account, franchise management, or operations with P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment including revenue and operating P&Ls, investment trade-offs, and resource prioritization.
• Ability to influence outcomes and be persuasive across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the South Region Franchise Operations performance agenda across Coca-Cola United and South Region Mainstream bottlers to drive growth.
• Expand market potential through SOVI, CDE, day one minute one innovation, and outlet-level conversion of category and commercial plans.
• Strengthen bottler operating partnerships by aligning regional teams on growth corridors and securing commitments.
• Lead the Franchise Operations contribution to annual and long-range business planning with geography-specific plans and milestones.
• Directly lead the Franchise Operations team, set objectives, manage performance, and hold Directors accountable.
• Develop the next generation of franchise leaders through coaching, feedback, and succession planning.
• Lead weekly and monthly regional performance routines with clear ownership and actions.
• Manage discretionary budgets and resources, balancing growth, returns, and bottler capacity.
• Lead deployment of aligned commercial strategies and contingency plans to protect annual delivery.
