Job summary

0101 Coca-Cola North America is seeking a Senior Director of Franchise Operations to lead the South Region's end-to-end operations across Coca-Cola United and South Region bottlers. You will drive profitable growth by translating strategy into integrated operating plans and executable priorities, while aligning regional partners and cross-functional teams for sustained performance.

The role requires extensive P&L responsibility, broad franchise leadership experience, and the ability to coach

Qualifications

Experience with revenue and operating P&Ls, investment trade-offs, and resource prioritization.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams across geographies and functions.
Strong commercial judgment and financial acumen in a complex franchise or entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to translate strategy into integrated operating plans and accountable execution.

Responsibilities

Lead the South Region Franchise Operations performance agenda to drive profitable volume, revenue, and share growth.
Align bottler and cross-functional teams on priorities, plans, and commitments for execution.
Develop and coach Directors, set clear objectives, and manage accountability and development plans.
