Job summary

Coca-Cola United West is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations to drive disciplined marketplace execution across the full Coca-Cola portfolio. You will translate regional priorities into territory plans, work with bottlers and operations teams to deliver volume, revenue, and profitable growth.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong P&L awareness, and the ability to align cross-functional partners around shared goals, with regular in-market cadence and actionable follow-through.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7 or more years in a CPG organization across sales, key account, franchise management, or operations.
• Experience translating annual strategies into territory operating plans and forecasts.
• Experience with revenue and P&L, resource prioritization, selling and negotiations.
• Ability to influence bottler leadership and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance across Coca-Cola portfolio in the West Region for profitable growth.
• Translate national priorities into territory execution plans with bottler partners.
• Lead in-market cadence to validate results and drive corrective actions.
• Align Region, Division, Sales Center and frontline teams on priorities.
• Develop contingency plans to protect annual plan delivery.
• Build execution capability through training and scorecards.
