Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is required.
• 7+ years in a CPG organization across sales, key account, franchise management, or operations, including responsibility for business execution within an assigned market or geography.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment with experience in revenue and P&Ls, resource prioritization, selling, and negotiation in a complex franchise environment.

Aufgaben

• Drive performance across the Coca-Cola portfolio within the United Central region, spanning all categories, brands, and packages.
• Translate regional priorities into territory execution plans with measurable outcomes.
• Lead liaison with bottler partners and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution and continuous improvement.
• Develop contingency plans and drive disciplined in-market execution, scorecards, and learnings from frontline operations.
• Participate in regular performance routines and provide clear recommendations to reduce risks and close gaps.
