The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations for the United East region, Atlanta. You will drive performance across the full Coca-Cola portfolio, translating regional priorities into territory execution plans and partnering with bottlers to deliver volume, revenue, and share growth.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, assess market potential, and coordinate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time, in-market execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in a CPG organization across sales, key account, franchise management, or operations, including responsibility for business execution within an assigned market or geography.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment with experience in revenue and P&Ls, resource prioritization, selling and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance across Coca-Cola United East Region with responsibility spanning all categories, brands, and packages.
• Translate priorities into territory operating plans and ensure execution with bottler partners.
• Lead the Franchise Operations contribution to the regional business plan and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Assess differences in market potential and propose priorities and resources.
• Participate in regular performance routines and identify corrective actions with clear recommendations.
• Manage discretionary budgets within authority and balance territory needs with bottler capacity.
• Deploy aligned commercial strategies and initiatives and ensure operational readiness.
• Develop contingency plans to protect annual delivery of revenue, volume, and share.
