Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director, Franchise Commercial Execution in Atlanta to translate aligned portfolio and commercial strategies into clear, executable plans for the South Region. You will work with Franchise Commercial leadership, bottlers, Marketing, RGM, and Finance to deliver volume, revenue, and profitable growth.

You will own the commercial plans, oversee deployment readiness, and supervise performance across revenue and share metrics, partnering with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Professional experience in CPG, beverage, or consumer-facing industries.
• Strong ability to translate portfolio and commercial strategies into market plans and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned commercial categories, occasions, and plans; translate strategies into executable market actions.
• Build integrated, market-ready plans by aligning portfolio, price, promotion, and investments with cross-functional teams.
• Lead planning, deployment readiness, and stewardship through JBP, annual and trimester planning, and reviews.
• Strengthen bottler commercial execution by sharing stories, tools, and routines; spend time in market to observe execution gaps.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability, surfacing risks and driving milestone commitments.
