Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta is seeking a Director of Franchise Intelligence to strengthen marketplace insights and decision-making for the South Region. You will lead data expertise, frame insights, and coach franchise and bottler teams to leverage trusted information in performance reviews and planning.

You will develop practical information tools, guide teams in sourcing facts, and coordinate with Finance to embed insights into ongoing performance discussions, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in marketplace intelligence, consumer insights, commercial analytics, sales planning and insights, category management, or a related CPG or beverage role.
• Deep expertise in Nielsen syndicated data, consumer panel data, and precision-market data, including how to interpret findings and explain their business implications.
• Deep expertise in proprietary Coca-Cola and bottler execution measures and information sources, with strong understanding of their operating environments.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear insights and communicate them effectively to business leaders and partners.
• Experience developing practical information tools and coaching teams to independently source facts, interpret insights, and strengthen decision-making.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with experience contributing insights to business planning, performance reviews, and commercial routines.

Responsibilities

• Lead data expertise by applying Nielsen syndicated data, consumer panel data, precision-market data and Coca-Cola sources.
• Develop and frame insights from data to explain drivers and gaps, guiding franchise and bottler teams.
• Build team capability by coaching franchises and bottlers to access facts and use insights.
• Strengthen tools and access through self-service scorecards and source guides.
• Support business routines by partnering with Finance to embed insights into performance discussions.
• Connect insights with market realities by monitoring competitive activity and field visits.
