Qualifications

• Experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer and distributor management.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and build relationships in entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills; ability to influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly/monthly performance management including industry competition and execution assessment.
• Report on revenue, volume, share, and transaction metrics.
• Monitor performance versus objectives and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Identify local growth opportunities and coordinate franchise execution with bottlers.
• Collaborate on contingencies to deliver annual business plan performance across channels.
• Develop tools and insights by translating data into actionable information.
• Coordinate scorecards and business routines to achieve the annual plan.
• Work with franchise team on planning processes and market conditions.
