Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Management is required.
• 5+ years in consumer-packaged goods with direct sales, SP&I, key accounts or franchise management.
• Experience in annual business planning, forecasting, customer and distributor management.
• A proven track record of delivering positive revenue results.
• Strong selling, negotiating, and relationship-building skills in a entrepreneurial setting.
• Knowledge of channel marketing, syndicated research and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly/monthly performance management, including competition and execution assessment.
• Report on revenue, volume, share, and key transaction metrics.
• Monitor performance versus objectives and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Identify local growth opportunities and measure execution of the commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with franchise teams and bottling partners to deliver the annual business plan.
• Develop information tools and translate data into insights for bottling partners.
• Coordinate scorecards and business routines to achieve annual targets.
• Support planning processes with the franchise team and monitor market conditions.
