Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Plano, Texas seeks a Director of Franchise Strategy & Transformation to lead strategic planning, performance management, and transformation initiatives for the Southwest & Mainstream Region. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and institutionalize the Long-Range Planning process for the Southwest & Mainstream Region.
• Lead the business performance management cadence with key metrics (volume, revenue, profitability).
• Develop scorecards, dashboards, and executive reviews to drive accountability.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate plan execution with franchise and bottler leadership.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for franchise leadership and bottler partners.
