Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director, Franchise Operations – Southwest & Mainstream to lead franchise performance across bottling partners and geographies. This executive aligns Franchise Commercial, Channel Leaders, RTM & CDE, and bottling executives to drive growth and prioritize high-value opportunities.

You will set operating priorities, drive Joint Business Plans, and champion leadership development, accountability, and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in CPG/beverage/franchise operations or related fields.
• Experience leading leaders and building high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into territory operating plans and manage P&Ls.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment with experience in complex environments.
• Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Franchise Operations agenda across South, North, and Mainstream geographies.
• Provide strategic direction, coaching, and support to Franchise Leadership Directors.
• Drive performance across the Coca-Cola portfolio with accountable execution and bottler collaboration.
• Own delivery of Joint Business Plan commitments across geographies and bottling partners.
• Build strategic partnerships with Franchise Commercial, Retail Customer Leadership, and RTM/CDE teams.
• Lead territory deployment of aligned commercial strategies and initiatives.
• Provide governance and accountability for Execution Scorecards and performance across the system.
• Develop leadership capability and strengthen succession readiness within Franchise Operations.
