The role partners with Strategy, Franchise Operations, CCSWB, and bottlers to align growth ambitions with annual plans and execution priorities.

The position drives transformation initiatives, builds scorecards, and leads reviews to accelerate regional growth while improving KPIs and accountability across the franchise system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, strategy, finance, analytics, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred with leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and translating insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and long‑range growth for the Southwest & Mainstream Region.
• Manage business performance cadence, scorecards, and reviews across franchises.
• Translate market and operational data into actionable growth opportunities.
• Drive transformation initiatives and change management with cross‑functional teams.
• Partner with Franchise Operations, Commercial teams, bottlers, and senior leadership.
