Job summary

Coca-Cola is seeking a Senior Director, Franchise Strategy & Transformation for the South Region. You will lead long-range planning, translate multi-year priorities into a practical multi-year roadmap, and drive cross-functional transformation across eCommerce, digital, and operating-model changes.

You will partner with bottlers and regional leaders to design, test, embed, and scale new capabilities, with responsibility for value realization and adoption across Commercial, Operations, and RTM

Qualifications

• 10+ years in franchise leadership or related roles.
• Proven ability to translate multi-year plans into annual initiatives.
• Experience designing and scaling new capabilities or operating models.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L impact and investment trade-offs.
• Track record delivering measurable outcomes and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the South Region long-range planning process and build a sequenced multi-year roadmap.
• Connect LRP to the JBP by turning priorities into annual initiatives with owners and milestones.
• Own the transformation capabilities with clear priorities, gates, and measures of adoption.
• Lead the de-averaging agenda with cross-functional partners to differentiate by consumer and geography.
• Define eCommerce capability agenda with bottler partners.
• Lead the digital capability agenda including digital merchandising and operating-model changes.
• Develop business cases and value hypotheses for transformation priorities.
• Manage pilots from concept to scale with governance and decision rights.
• Codify approaches into playbooks and support replication across bottler markets.
• Advise VP on strategic choices, investment trade-offs, and risks.
