Westlake Financial Services is seeking a Franchise Account Manager to serve as a trusted partner to franchise dealerships in your assigned market. You will grow dealer relationships, identify opportunities, and help dealers finance more customers.

This high-energy, field-based role offers a highly incentivized, performance-based compensation program with six-figure earning potential and a clear path to your own territory growth.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated, results-driven
• Strong relationship builders with excellent communication skills
• Confident presenting to dealership owners and senior managers
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales environment
• Self-starters who can manage territory and dealer portfolio
• Persistent and proactive in prospecting new business

• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
• Willing to travel throughout the local market

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with franchise dealership partners in the assigned territory
• Develop new business by identifying and acquiring qualified franchise dealer accounts
• Consult with dealer partners to increase loan volume and improve performance
• Train dealership personnel on Westlake Financial’s products, processes, and funding requirements
• Conduct in-person dealership visits and phone communication to drive production
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals communicating Westlake’s value proposition
• Follow up on leads and opportunities from field activity and referrals
• Provide financing solutions balancing dealership, customer, and company needs
• Educate dealer partners on documentation and verification to ensure accurate submissions
