This field-based role combines relationship management and business development with a performance-based compensation plan. Top performers can earn six figures and beyond based on results.

Qualifications

• Previous field sales experience in automotive finance preferred.
• Ability to travel within local market required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with franchise dealership partners within your territory.
• Develop new business by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring qualified dealer accounts.
• Consult with dealer partners to identify opportunities to increase loan volume and improve business performance.
• Train dealership personnel on Westlake Financial’s products, programs, processes, and funding requirements.
• Conduct regular in-person visits and calls to strengthen relationships and drive production.
• Deliver presentations communicating Westlake Financial’s value proposition to dealership management.
