Job summary

Westlake Financial seeks a Franchise Account Manager to grow franchise dealer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and increase loan production by financing more customers. You will manage a dealer portfolio in your assigned market with a high-energy, consultative field sales approach.

The role blends relationship management, business development, training, and account growth, with regular in-person visits, presentations, and proactive prospecting to add qualified franchise dealer

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to prospect and close new dealer accounts.
• Experience training dealership staff on products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with franchise dealership partners in your territory.
• Develop and acquire qualified franchise dealer accounts.
• Train dealership personnel on Westlake Financial’s products, programs, processes, and funding requirements.
• Deliver presentations and proposals to dealership management.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve production and profitability.
