Qualifications

• Experience in franchise sales or account management.
• Proven ability to grow dealer networks and loan volumes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with franchise dealership partners.
• Identify and acquire qualified franchise dealer accounts.
• Consult with dealers to increase loan volume and performance.
• Train dealership staff on products, programs, and funding requirements.
• Conduct regular in-person visits and calls to drive production.
