Westlake Financial is seeking a Franchise Account Manager to partner with franchise dealerships in the assigned market. You will grow dealer relationships, identify opportunities, increase loan production, and support dealer customers with financing solutions.

Qualifications

• Field-based sales role focused on franchise dealerships.
• Experience building dealer networks and increasing loan production.
• Ability to identify opportunities and present compelling proposals.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with franchise dealership partners in the assigned territory.
• Develop new business by identifying and acquiring qualified franchise accounts.
• Educate dealer personnel on Westlake Financial products, programs, and funding requirements.
• Conduct regular in-person visits and calls to drive production.
• Prepare presentations and proposals communicating value to dealership managers.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities from field activity and networking.
• Provide financing solutions balancing dealer, customer, and company needs.
• Monitor performance and seek opportunities to improve production and profitability.
